BTI Current Initiatives

Our nonprofit is dedicated to building a better world by implementing initiatives that uplift people, strengthen society, and enhance Idaho. Originally started in memory of Bradley Schmidt to support our family through our first Christmas without him, we are now focusing on two key initiatives to address critical community needs as of October 2025.

Initiative 1:

Together Through the Season

We are launching the Together Through the Season initiative to support individuals and families facing emotional challenges during the holiday season, particularly those grieving the loss of loved ones. This initiative will provide practical tips and resources to foster hope and connection. 

Initiative 2:

Child Protection Legislative Advocacy

Our second initiative explores the need for legislative changes to strengthen laws protecting children in Idaho. By researching gaps in current policies and collaborating with community stakeholders, we advocate for safer environments for kids. This effort includes public awareness campaigns and engaging with policymakers to drive meaningful change, ensuring a secure future for our youth.
